I put this principle to the test when I founded TravellerKaskus, which I scaled from an idea into Indonesia’s largest online travel community of over 57,000 members—all with a $0 marketing budget. This “community-first” approach is the foundation I use to deliver measurable business results across both Web2 and Web3. I’ve architected Go-to-Market strategies that increased company revenue by 40%, led business development efforts that drove 150% YOY growth, and produced creative content that has generated over 150 million views.
